Flaming Fairies on TV

I love to watch tv, especially shows in which they go into people's homes and fix up a room or two. The problem is, almost every show has a flaming gay man.
Now, I understand that people feel the need to be 'politically correct' , what I don't understand is why they feel that particular need. I have no interest in it at all.

I do not want to see little gay men, pretending that they are women, running all over the TV screen. If they want to be fairies, then I would prefer them to go back to their closests and STAY THERE !!

My kids do not need to see grown men acting like that, even my youngest ones can tell that there is something wrong. There really is no need to include people who act like that out in the open to be on any show that is supposed to be geared for family viewing.

I am sure most of you have even seen "Ross the Intern" on one of the late night shows. Now be serious, do you really believe that the host of that show is comfortable with a little queer having a big spot on his show?? I serioulsly doubt it, but in order for him to stay out any lawsuits, or in order to keep his show, he probably has to put up with it, again to be 'politically correct', having to accept this as part of his show. That's my opinion anyway.

I don't want to put up with it !! Men , if you are openly gay, and act like a woman, stay your ass off the TV set, my kids don't need to see you !!! You do not need to be so obvious !! Sometimes it does crack me up when I see you act this way, more feminine then actual females.
Go Home. Stay There. Keep it to yourself. It's not my business and I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW !!!

Contacting Our Commander in Chief

It would be nice if every now and then, we as a people feel that what we have to say is important.

I can tell you now that you can email the white house with ideas or comments.

Immediately after you send it , you will get a computer generated email saying thank you for your comments.

Not one has ever been answered and I doubt they've ever been read. ( at least the ones that I have written )

I do understand that the President must at all times be protected, but what harm would it do, do send some ideas his way?

I recently heard of a man from another country who, gained access to very private phone numbers and actually called and asked to speak to the president. Now, I am not sure why he wanted to call or what he wanted to say, but what harm could a phone call really do. Maybe not for this guy, as he is not a U.S. citizen, but I know that we would like to be heard.



I am aware of the fact that you can contact your local congressman/ woman if you want to get your voice out there.

Unfortunately, it is still up to that one person whether they pass the info on, or just keep it to themselves, because they may not agree with what you said.

Since I can't get the White House to comment, I will give you all a taste of what I'd like to say:



If we ( The United States) are going to keep letting illegal immigrants work, stay , make money and play here, then we should get at least part of their land so they have a place to live without completely taking over the space we have here. There are alot of homeless people who we should be taking care of instead.

I believe that the poverty is Mexico is either caused or allowed by their own government. I know that they have plenty of money for themselves but refuse to help out their own poor people. That is why they are coming here, I understand that, and I also know that they are hard workers. In some sense, they are coming to be voluntary slaves, to work for low wages in order to make any money at all. Their goverment shoud be doing something about this issue but I see that they are satisfied with just letting them come here illegally.

The job situation is also affected here, nobody wants to hire an American anymore because they can hire a Mexican or other illegal immigrant for less than half what they would pay one of their own. This is taking away alot of people's livelihoods, and especially the young ones who are looking for first jobs/entry postitions.



Another thing I'd like to say is: Why the hell do we have homeless people in this country, it's just as bad as Mexico, not trying to take care of the poor people. We spend billions on space exploration, probably as much on war ( which i am not totally against, by the way) . Countless millions are spent on research that will never help mankind at all.



How about taking just a little from some of these programs, put it all together, and build apartments for homeless people. There is enough money to do this, people should not be forced to live outside in the elements because they don't have enough money to pay rent. Alot of them have mental problems, and some are even faimiles with children. No one in this country should be out on the street at all for any reason. We have the money, and plenty of compassion for the poor in other countries, we need to help our own first.

Tasers

I am sure all of you have seen at least one news story in which a person is getting schocked by police with tasers.

Already a few people have died.

These cops, who think they are the judge and the jury, should be punished !!

Now, I do understand that the tasers need to be used , only in severe circumstances. Only if the person is able to fight off five or six officers, then, yes tase him ONCE ! and ONCE only. That is enough to keep someone still long enough to cuff.

But, we have these 'gung ho' cops who think that they need to squeeze the trigger over and over again, even though the person is on the ground screaming and writhing in pain.

They are only supposed to be used when someone is physically combative, not because they are still 'running their mouth'

Cops have way too much freedom to break the law, and I am quite sick of it.

I see them speeding, driving dangerously and especially aggresive driving, I have had them ride my tail way too many times. And the reason they are riding my ass....because I AM doing the speed limit.

When I won't get out of their way, they pass me on the right and make me hit my brakes as they cross back over in front of me.

Back to the tasers, they should not be in the hands of cops who don't realize that they are only cops and not judges.

They should not be in the hands of cops who are so very obviously on steroids !! Yes, you can see this for yourself, just keep your eyes open, I am sure you will see many many cops with necks as wide as their heads. They are using these drugs, and we all know how they make men act. And I suppose women as well.

Fact is , they are people who are using their badge to be above the law.

Did I mention that the cops killed a 23 year old man in my very own neighborhood? They didn't use tasers on him, they simply beat him to death, and then of course, say that he must've had a heart attack while they were cuffing him. I was out there and the biggest cop they had was standing in the middle of the road blocking it.

He wouldnt' even let the ambulance drive down there, and once they were done beating him, obvioulsy only because he unconconcious, finally they let the medics RUN , (yes on foot) down there trying to run a stretcher all they way down there, and also carrying all their heavy supplies that they needed to take.

Oh, and yes, there were witnesses to this unlawful beating.

I am sure that there are many more like this out there.

I am sure that there are still 'good cops' out there as well, and I suggest that the police take a good long look at who they are arming and sending out to the people. Too many are a danger to society themselves, and are all too happy to break the law in the name of the law.

TV Commercials

What the hell is going on with TV commercials these days. It's never safe to let your children watch Tv anymore.

In the middle of a pro football game last Sunday, on came a commercial for viagra or one of those types of drugs.

It explicitly stated to call if your 'erection' last too long to call the doctor, also a few times in the same commercial something about having or being able to have sex.

What the hell???

My little kids like to watch football, I don't want them hearing words like :

erection, sex, or anything that has to do with either.

Also there are the commercials for women's personal products. Why the hell am I seeing maxi pads flying through the air like little birdies, do they really think that people want their children to see this crap. And also the tampon commercials, why to they think that they need to show eveyone what they look like, and even put them in clear tubes ( supposed to be a fake vagina??) to show you how they open and 'protect'.

This is disgusting at any level. I have, however , seen commercials for condoms, and they have all been late at night, on channels that children shouldn't be watching anyway, so I won't rag on those compaines.

And how about the other perscription drug commercials? It used to be that the doctor's themselves were the ones who got all the information about new drugs first. Now they are trying to get people to go and ask their doctors for their brand of whatever kind of drug it is, instead of your doctor diagnosing your situation and see if it is what they think you might try.

Then we have the local commercials that show up on cable tv channels. The local cable company sells the ad space. I have seen local commercials for adult "toy shops" on channels like the learning channel and the weather channel. I think that this type of commercial does not belong on channels that they would expect chilren to watch.

Just one more here..the infomercials. I pay my cable bill, and I expect to get the channels that I pay for. The stations or the cable companies are sellling time to people for hours on end, especially in the middle of the night, if I wake up, or cannot sleep, I would like to be able to watch the learning channel, or history channel. or any other cable channel that I am paying for instead of seeing infomercials , who are paying someone for the same channel/air time that I have already paid for.

I am so sick of it all, what ever happened to cable channels without commercials, that's how it used to be.

Morning Radio Shows

Is anyone besides be tired of hearing smut on morning radio programs? I cannot even listen to the radio, when taking my child to school in the morning.
On one day, on three separate stations, ( of course I hit the change button as soon as I heard ) they said the word 'porn' on morning shows.
I have heard the programs at times without my children in the van, and most of it is simply smut, with guests in the studios that are strippers, homosexuals and a number of other people with disgusting jobs and the like.
This is the last thing I think anyone would want to hear on an empty stomach. At least I know that it makes me sick.
Unless I want to listen to some elevator music or some stupid staion in Spanish ( SPEAK ENGLISH DAMMIT ! ! ! ) I have to listen to a recording or turn it off completly.
Way too much trash, if they must insist on doing this, it should be late at night, so that children don't hear.
What ever happened to the FCC who is supposed to make sure that foul things are not broadcasted.
So, yea they have a list of words that you can't say on the radio, but the disc jockeys ( if that's what you want to call them even though they play hardly any music) seem to find a way to still put it out there whether they use initials or tell you it ryhymes with...whatever ther word is.
So tired of hearing nasty people on the radio.
It's not entertainment, unless you're some kind of sicko, which is fine if you wanna keep that to yourself, but don't make the rest of the people have to listen to your sick fantasies.

The New Mayor of Baltimore City

I would just like to rant a bit about her highness, the new mayor of Baltimore City, MD.

Her name is Sheila Dixon, she was given the temporary position of mayor when the O'Mally, the mayor at the time, was elected governer.

The first thing that she did in that temporary position was to give a few of her employees ( friends & family? ) a big fat raise for doing absolutely nothing new or impressive.

I have seen nothing done with the conditions of the roads there at all. They will tear up any good car and turn it into a heap of junk. There are potholes and mounds on just about every road up there.

Two of her family members have now been found to be running businesses and getting lots of money for doing nothing, like fake businesses and probably some sort of tax evasion.

I see the City of Baltimore having a greater deficit than ever before with this type of person in office.

I dont think that this woman should be in charge of anything, being associated with people who are breaking the law.

Did I mention that her own sister had a 'fake' company and got lots of city money for no actual work done?

People should check more on this and see that she is impeached, as she won the election to be mayor for the term and no longer the temporary position.

I do not believe that she is honest enough , nor do I trust her decisions .

A Mom's Rights ( or a Dad's)

I think that there are not enough laws out there protecting parents who are protecting their children.

If a parent sees the need to take action in order to protect their children from possible harm, whether it be accidental or intended.

When a parent enters the home with a bad attitude , intoxicated, or just plainly wanting to fight, the other parent should be able to protect their children from someone in a rage, no matter what they have to do.

I know of people who were protecting their children from their drunk parent ( they could or probably would ) stumble and drop the baby or hurt it, even if it is not on purpose.

Of course no one in that shape should try to handle a baby, it's just not safe, but when in a drunken rage, I guess people don't think about that.

Problem is, the people doing the protecting, are the ones who ended up jailed. The children left home with a completly drunk parent to 'try' to care for them.

If any one is in a situation like this, where they feel their children are in danger should be able to do whatever is necessary to protect the children without fear of prosecution.

Prosecuted for protecting your own children? You may say. I tell you definetly.

So, to sum all of this up, parents need to be protected, not prosecuted when the are in the unfortuane situation of having to protect their children. For whatever reason, and by any means that they see fit at that moment in time.

Alcohol vs. Marijuana

I still don't get it. Why is still legal for people to consume alcohol, which causes many many deaths, but in most places you still can't smoke pot without going to jail.

There are so many drunk driving accidents, how many pot smoking accidents have you heard of?

I know they tried prohibition before and people still made it and drank. So I know that won't work. I believe that most of the lawmakers drink, so they want to make the pot smokers look like they are drug addicts.

The fact is, that pot is much much safer than alcohol. It is not a drug, they are manmade. It is a simple plant that God found reason to put on this earth. Also, there are absolutley no other herbs or plants that are considered to be illegal nor are they considered to be drugs.

The worst thing you have to worry about pot is that you may eat more and get a little fatter, depending on what you like to eat.

Alcohol, on the other hand is manmade, but is not considered a drug. If you have ever heard of someone getting into trouble ( ie: DWI) , you will see that they are usually sent to some type of alcohol program. If someone gets caught smoking pot, they are usually sent to some type of drug program.

See the difference, alchol or drug program, they do not consider alcohol to be a drug !

They couldn't be farther from the truth, in fact, you can become physically addicted to alcohol.

This won't happen with pot.

Alcohol withdrawls can in fact kill you.

Pot is not physically additcing.

When you drink, you cannot see right and cannot judge distances well.

When you smoke, you can walk without falling, and even read a book.

So, what's the deal? Why is the safer of the two still illegal? I know that some states have decriminilized pot and that some have made it avaliable for medicinal use. Bravo to those states !

Now, Let's see what we can do about the problem drug alcohol, yes i did say drug. Much more a drug than a simple weed that grows on it's own, just here to help humans.

Illegal Immigrants

I am about sick of hearing:

"Press one for English" I live in the United States of America, We speak English here !!

Now I am not trying to pick on people who can't speak our language, what I am saying, is that ..if you plan you staying in MY country LEGALLY, then learn to speak OUR language.

And as for being here in the first place, do it the right way. We don't want you here if you are here illegally.

No I do not care if I am offending anyone. We were born here and we abide by our laws, and so should everyone else.

And yes, I am directing this to anyone who is here illegally or cannot speak our language. It is not our responsibility to teach you Englilsh. This country is made of immigrants, who all came here and learned how to speak our Language.

If you are here illegally, get out, and do tell your president, that if he wants us to take care of you, then he should give us also your land, so we have room for you.

If you are here legally.., Congratulations, and welcome to our fine country, but do learn to speak our language.

Any terrorsit bastards out there..We are not afraid of you, so you should pack it in and go back home.

Freedom of Religion??

This country was partially founded on the basis of freedom of religion, to be able to worship and praise whomever and however you chose.

That is except for the women they burned as witches in Salem. I guess they forgot about that when they did that.

Now it seems that every religion in the United States has the freedom to worship as they please except for Christians !

They don't want us to pray in public, or even say God's name. There was even a girl who was suspended from school for wearing a WWJD ring.

This is getting worse and worse, I demand my freedom of religion, and I choose to be a Christian, I wll pray when and where I want, and I don't care who I offend.

I am offended by many many things out there that the states are putting up with just to be politically correct. That is a bunch of toro poo poo.

I am sick of only Christians being the only ones who are given rules and regulations while all others are getting do do whatever they please.

Makes me sick.

Dont' touch???

Well, hello there people, welcome to my first rant.

I would like to start off with the stupid 'no unlawful touching' law in Maryland.

If you even so much as touch someone with the tip of your finger, they can have you arrested.

Of course they don't even have to tell you not to touch them first.

This is a bunch of crap, they are trying to make us seem like non-humans. People are supposed to be able to at least tap you on your shoulder to get your attention without having to worry about being arrested.

I suppose that every couple in MD should have to watch out if they decide to kiss their husband or wife, just in case one of them is in a bad mood and decides to press charges.

Someone needs to look into this stupid law, and revise it for humans.

It shouldn't be like we are animals in a zoo with big signs posted, "DO NOT TOUCH THE ANIMALS' !!
